ANIMAL TRAPPING Our state-licensed animal trappers can humanely capture and remove wild animals from the public's property in order to protect their health and safety. Diseases such as rabies, plague, hanta virus, leptospirosis, rat bite fever, or roundworm parasites can be avoided by preventive action. Humane trapping can also serve to protect the family and its pets against attacks ranging from coyotes, raccoons, and other predators to ectoparasites such as rodent mites and fleas. In addition to the damage to structures, damage to lawns, fish ponds, prized ornamentals, and stored possessions can be prevented by the trapping and/or exclusion of such damage-causing culprits as: raccoons * skunks *  tree squirrels * rats  coyotes * opossums * bobcats * gophers  moles * ground squirrels * deer *  feral cats

PROPERTY CLEANUP Urban Wildlife Management, Inc. has teamed up with Peninsula Community Services, Inc. to address the subject of obsessive compulsive hoarding. Urban Wildlife’s crews clean up these homes and also those properties with a history of stark and prolonged neglect. Hired by property managers, public and private conservators, realtors, code enforcement officers, social workers and others, our cleanup crews prepare these distressed properties either for occupancy by the current resident or for sale to a new owner. The house interiors are washed, sanitized and deodorized with minor repairs performed. Public health and building code violations are remedied. Trash and yard cuttings and other unwanted items are placed in debris boxes or are taken to the public dump. * We give special attention to the individualized needs of our customers.
